Under the new structure, Amber Car Leasing will continue to operate as a specialist brand within the Britannia group, acting as a dedicated centre of excellence for salary sacrifice solutions.

This, it says. ensures continuity for customers while enhancing the broader group’s capability in a key growth area.

Craig Cooke, managing director at Britannia Car Leasing, said: “Amber joining Britannia Car Leasing is an exciting step forward for both businesses and our customers.

“Amber has built a strong reputation for customer service and long-term relationships, which fits perfectly with the way Britannia operates.

“By working together, customers will benefit from greater access to vehicles, stronger supplier relationships and increasingly competitive pricing, whilst still receiving the personal service Amber is known for.”

He added: “We’re delighted to welcome Jason and the Amber team and are excited about what we can achieve together.”

Amber Car Leasing will join Britannia at its new offices on Lyme Green Business Park in Macclesfield.

Fennessey said: “Over the last 20 years, we’ve built the business on exceptional customer service, strong relationships and a loyal client base. Joining Britannia gives us the scale, infrastructure, and support to accelerate growth, while continuing to deliver the same personal, service-led approach our customers value.

“This partnership is about positioning Amber for the future, ensuring everything we’ve built can continue to grow and thrive within a stronger, more scalable platform.”

Together, Britannia and Amber aim to create a more powerful leasing platform, combining scale with specialist expertise to deliver greater choice, enhanced service, and long-term value for customers across the UK.

Britannia Car Leasing continues to actively pursue strategic acquisitions that enhance capability, accelerate expansion, and further strengthen its position in the market.
