National audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm Crowe has appointed Adam Rollason as partner in its national tax team, strengthening its corporate tax offering and Midlands leadership.

Based at the firm’s Birmingham office, Adam brings more than 20 years’ experience advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, management buyouts and employee ownership transitions.

In addition to joining the tax team, he will lead Crowe’s Birmingham office, supporting the firm’s continued investment across the Midlands and South West while driving growth in the local market.

Adam said: “I am delighted to be joining Crowe at what is an incredibly exciting time for the firm.

“Businesses continue to operate in a complex and evolving economic environment, but demand for high-quality transactional tax advice remains strong, particularly among growth-focused businesses seeking to adapt and respond to changing conditions.

“I also look forward to leading the Birmingham office as we continue our growth journey and further expand our offering to businesses across the region.”

Adam’s appointment forms part of Crowe’s wider UK growth strategy and follows a series of senior partner hires and promotions across the business.

Mitesh Patelia, chief executive of Crowe UK, added: “We are pleased to welcome Adam to the partnership as we continue to invest in our people, services and UK markets.

“His appointment strengthens our corporate tax advisory offering and reflects our commitment to deep sector specialism, technical excellence and long-term client relationships.

“Adam’s experience, expertise and strong market reputation are closely aligned with our culture and growth ambitions.

“He will play an important role in supporting our clients and helping drive the next phase of our growth.”
