An IT and telecoms firm has expanded with a takeover.

ITCS (UK) has bought Crestline Cyber Security.

Bosses say the move “strengthens the business’ already extensive cybersecurity capabilities”.

They add the deal for Bridgend-based Crestline takes ITCS (UK) – also headquartered in Bridgend – to 65-plus staff and £8 million-plus turnover.

The acquisition of the digital asset protection, security resources and consulting services provider – sealed for an undisclosed sum – comes after similar moves for Bridgend’s Midas Solutions and Dorchester’s Poundbury Systems.

Brian Stokes, ITCS (UK) managing director, said: “This brings together two highly experienced teams with a shared commitment to protecting organisations from an increasingly sophisticated cyber threat landscape.

“The combined expertise will enable us to deliver even greater value, helping businesses of all sizes strengthen cyber resilience, safeguard critical digital assets and confidently navigate evolving security challenges.

“This represents another exciting chapter in the ITCS (UK) growth story, further cementing our position as a trusted technology partner and a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions across the UK.”

ITCS (UK) has further offices in London and Rugby, in Warwickshire.
