A FAMILY-run car dealership has gone into liquidation after serving drivers for 22 years.
The Cheshire business, that has been selling second hand cars, has ceased trading following a court order.

Glynn Andrews Car Sales has begun selling off its assets to pay off its creditors.
The company was issued a winding up order on February 6, forcing the company into liquidation.
The dealership, located on Liverpool Road in Widnes, had a meeting with its creditors on January 23.
During the meeting, a “resolution specifying the terms” to which the liquidators would be remunerated was set.
Following the discussion, a liquidator was appointed and a winding up order commenced on February 6.
The company has taken down its website and social media pages as it is set to close its door for good.
The family-run business, which was incorporated back in 2004, has received praise from shoppers for their service.
According to The London Gazette, the report says: “Notice is given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the place and on the date given above, a special resolution was passed that the company be wound up voluntarily; and an ordinary resolution was passed appointing the Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.”
