Your AI Slop Bores Me game mocks ChatGPT & put you in control of answers

You can now turn the tables on AI and take its job thanks to a new game called Your AI Slop Bores Me. 

Artificial intelligence has started playing a big role in the day-to-day of many people. For some, the likes of ChatGPT have become a tool to help with menial tasks in their jobs, while others have had their work replaced by AI tools such as Claude. 

Well, there is a new website and game that turns the tables on the likes of ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, allowing you to create your own “AI slop” based on prompts – and it’s called Your AI Slop Bores Me. 

As the name suggests, the game is for those people who aren’t the biggest fans of AI, allowing you to become the AI. 

What is Your AI Slop Bores Me?

The game, which has proven popular already, is the brainchild of programmer Mihir Maroju, who told FastCompany that it was born out of “a frustration for AI art and its proliferation.”

The rules for the game hammer that point home, too. “In a world looming with the threat of AI stealing your job, save humanity by stealing AI’s job,” it tells players. 

You can either ask questions to a human, who will provide an “AI slop” response, or you can “larp as AI” and provide the responses yourself.

Some players will get immediate skribbl and Draw With Friends vibes, but you don’t just have to draw. You can provide text responses to the questions, if that’s what you want to do or the prompt requires that. 

As noted, it has become pretty popular online, and you may end up in a queue of a few thousand players before you can provide a response as the fake AI. 

It isn’t the only online game that has gone viral in recent days. WikiGacha, a game that turns Wikipedia pages into a trading card game, has become a huge hit as players look to curate the weirdest collection possible.
