What is AI Awareness Day?
AI Awareness Day is a new initiative that aims to develop AI literacy in UK schools. Students and teachers are encouraged to explore, debate and develop critical thinking around AI, learning how AI technologies work, the potential societal implications, and the foundations for ethical and safe use.
When is AI Awareness Day?
The inaugural AI Awareness Day takes place on 4 June 2026.
