A new Geely car showroom has officially opened its doors in Cornwall.

The launch marks the arrival of the Chinese automotive brand in the region, with the showroom located at Dales Scorrier.

Jeremy Rouse, director at Dales, said: “We’re delighted to officially open our Geely showroom at Scorrier and to welcome customers through the doors.

“This is a fantastic moment for Dales and an exciting opportunity for customers in Cornwall to experience a new generation of vehicles that blend innovation, efficiency and style.”

The showroom will display Geely’s growing line-up of new energy vehicles, including the Geely EX5 and Starray EM-i.

Both models feature modern design and advanced technology, with additional vehicles expected to join the range later this year.

Adam Harkin, dealer development director at Geely Auto UK, said: “We’re proud to see Geely Auto launch at Dales Scorrier.

“The opening marks an important step in expanding our UK network, and we’re pleased to be working with a trusted partner to bring our latest vehicles to customers in Cornwall.”

All Geely vehicles come with an eight-year warranty, including coverage for electric vehicle batteries up to eight years or 125,000 miles.

As part of the changes, Suzuki sales operations have moved to Dales’ Summercourt site, consolidating Suzuki sales at a single location.

However, Suzuki servicing will continue to be offered at both Scorrier and Summercourt.

The Dales team is encouraging customers to visit the new showroom and explore Geely’s latest models and automotive technology.

The new site represents Dales Group’s ongoing investment in future-focused automotive brands.
