UK – Insight agency Verve has appointed Leeds Building Society’s Tim Steere as executive director of agency partnerships.

Steere, who has spent the past decade as head of insight and customer strategy at Leeds Building Society, will advance Verve’s objective to equip agency partners with its AI-led insights offer.

In the newly created role at Verve, he will focus on building commercially strong partnerships, with a particular focus on its ‘intelligent personas and simulations’.

The appointment follows the launch of Verve’s technology and services platform, Verve Vero, in 2024.

The new role reflects the company’s focus on working with data, technology and insight businesses, such as its recent partnership with CACI to launch interactive personas of the company’s segments.

Andrew Cooper, founder and chief executive at Verve, said: “Having built Verve Vero, our focus is now on scaling its use through complementary partnerships across sectors such as healthcare and B2B. Tim’s appointment strengthens our ability to power up partners with robust, insight-driven tools that deliver meaningful value for their clients.”

Tim Steere added: “My focus is on building the right partnerships to help take the industry forward and make AI-enabled insight more usable, scalable, and valuable in practice.”
