Share

National property consultancy Bradley Hall has strengthened its property management team with the promotion of Andrew Cole to property manager.

Andrew re-joined the business in January after previously working for the firm earlier in his career and will now take on a wider role across residential and commercial property management.

His responsibilities will include portfolio management, repairs and maintenance coordination, tenancy matters and supporting client services.

Andrew said: “I’m delighted to have been promoted and to be taking on this wider role within the business.

“Returning to Bradley Hall earlier this year was an easy decision for me, and I’m really pleased to be building on that move by stepping into this position.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my experience across both residential and commercial property management, supporting clients with the day-to-day management of their properties and helping deliver the high standards of service Bradley Hall is known for.”

Andrew’s promotion reflects Bradley Hall’s continued investment in internal progression as its property management division expands.

The team oversees a diverse portfolio of residential blocks, estates and commercial assets on behalf of landlords, developers, investors and occupiers.

Richard Rafique, group managing director at Bradley Hall, added: “Andrew is a great example of the depth of talent we have within the business.

“His experience, knowledge of our portfolios and understanding of our clients make him an ideal fit for this role.

“We’re committed to recognising and rewarding progression internally, and Andrew’s promotion reflects both his contribution to the team and the continued growth of our property management services.

“As our portfolio continues to expand, it’s important that we continue investing in talented people who share our commitment to delivering an excellent service for our clients.”

Bradley Hall operates from 12 offices across the UK with almost 100 employees, providing a range of property services including commercial agency, building surveying, valuations, residential sales and lettings, and property management.
