BVCA to change its name to UK Private Capital to reflect range of members

The British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA), the lobby group for the corporate finance world, is to change its name to UK Private Capital.

Michael Moore, its chief executive, said the change reflects “the growth and evolution” of the UK’s private capital industry, which spans private equity, venture capital and private credit.
