Danny Luke, Managing Director, Quick Move Now’s commented: “These figures paint a very positive picture for the Scottish property market, which is much welcomed against the backdrop of stubborn mortgage interest rates.

“These figures show that there is exceptionally strong demand in both cities.

“Although mortgage interest rates are not coming down as quickly as hoped, typical time on market of less than two months suggests that the property market in the area remains robust despite the challenges.”
