New private equity owners for advisory group Interpath

Interpath Advisory, a disruptor within the global professional services sector, has been bought by Bridgepoint, the London-listed buyout firm from investor HIG Europe.

Interpath was spun out of KPMG UK in 2021 in a deal triggered by the changing regulatory climate in the audit profession and has 11 offices across the UK, with its global headquarters in London. Other offices include Aberdeen, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh.
