Private Equity Firm Perwyn’s Co-Founder Leaves UK for Luxembourg

Perwyn founding partner Andrew Thomas Wynn switched his official country of residence from the UK to Luxembourg, where the private equity firm backed by the Perrodo oil fortune opened a subsidiary in 2025.

Wynn declared the move took effect April 7, according to a corporate filing. Perwyn’s website lists the 41-year-old British national as responsible for overall firm management including PE investments.
