Ferrovial names Bechtel veteran as UK and Ireland boss

Share

Dick takes up the role today and succeeds Karl Goose, who left Ferrovial last December to become chief executive at Keltbray.

Goose stepped down from Keltbray last week after just six months in the role by mutual agreement with the board.

Dick joins Ferrovial after 13 years at Bechtel, where he was most recently UK head of business development for Bechtel Infrastructure.

He led growth across rail, aviation, power and communications and previously served as managing director in Bechtel’s nuclear, security and environmental business.

His experience includes major programme delivery, public-private partnerships, organisational change and privately-financed infrastructure schemes.

At Ferrovial, Dick will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the contractor’s UK and Ireland business as it targets growth in transport, energy and environmental infrastructure.

Ferrovial Construction has been operating in the UK and Ireland for more than 20 years delivering major infrastructure projects.
