Coalition of Attorneys General Demands Sweeping AI Safety Reforms Citing Deaths and Child Exploitation

A coalition of attorneys general from across the U.S. has issued a stern warning to major artificial intelligence companies, demanding immediate action to address what they describe as dangerous “sycophantic and delusional” outputs from AI chatbots that have been linked to multiple deaths and widespread harm to children.
