Global Travel Partners has operated for 15 years, after it was incorporated in September 2011.
The travel company specialises in corporate travel services, including flight and hotel bookings, travel policy management, and expense reporting for clients across the UK and overseas.
It has helped companies in the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
According to the firm’s website, it has served over 100,000 customers and sorted more than 35,000 hotel rooms over the past 15 years.
The website claims: “We don’t just book trips – we build travel systems that scale, adapt, and support your business at every step.
“Our goal is to help you save money, simplify your travel experience, and make every journey as smooth and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what matters most – closing deals, building business relationships, and growing your business while we handle the logistics.”
Documents on The Gazette show that Ian Douglas Yerrill of Yerrill Murphy was appointed liquidator on October 7.
The most recent files available on Companies House, up until September 29, 2025 show the business to have amounts falling due within one year of £146,710.
The firm are not the first travel company to have entered liquidation this year, as several firms have faced financial struggles.
Barnes Worldwide Travel Ltd was an independent travel agency in Liverpool, providing holidays to destinations around the globe and ceased trading last month.
At the beginning of the year, Regen Central Ltd, a London-based travel company selling flight-and-hotel packages to destinations across Europe and Southeast Asia, ceased trading after losing its Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) on January 13. All bookings were cancelled after the company entered liquidation.
