New Delhi: Vertoz has filed its fourth patent in India for a machine learning-based system designed to improve the efficiency of digital advertising by optimising demand-side platform (DSP) selection and ad delivery.
The patent, titled “System and Method for Demand Platform Optimisation (DPO) Using Machine Learning-Based DSP Prediction, Ranking, and Real-Time Slot Allotment,” was filed on June 24, 2026.
According to the company, the proposed technology uses machine learning to predict and rank demand-side platforms before advertising requests are sent, reducing the number of unnecessary requests and lowering infrastructure load. The system is also designed to improve response times in programmatic advertising by allocating ad slots in real time.
The company said the technology seeks to make digital advertising workflows more efficient by reducing computing requirements while improving the speed of ad delivery.
Commenting on the filing, Hiren Shah, Founder and Managing Director, Vertoz, said, “We are incredibly proud of this milestone. At the end of the day, our technology is about connecting people and brands in a way that feels natural and effortless. This patent is a testament to our commitment to building smarter, data-driven solutions that create real value for our partners while making the digital world a better place to navigate.”
