Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) joins Vodafone Business’ strategic partner ecosystem, strengthening its ability to meet the specific needs of UK enterprise customers.

Vodafone Business, the enterprise arm of VodafoneThree, has announced a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), combining the strengths of both organisations to drive transformation and enhance customer experience for UK Enterprise customers, helping them to modernise faster, improve customer experience, and unlock new growth.

The partnership brings together Vodafone Business’ expertise in connectivity, cyber security, cloud and digital services with TCS’ global capabilities in technology, consulting, cloud, AI, sovereign and systems integration. This will empower customers across healthcare, education, financial services, manufacturing, retail and critical national infrastructure, where secure, resilient, and scalable digital infrastructure is vital.

The agreement builds on VodafoneThree’s £11bn investment to create the UK’s best network for business, giving organisations the secure, resilient and scalable digital foundations they need to modernise and grow. TCS brings deep UK market experience, supporting UK enterprise for 50 years with digital transformation and talent development, creating 42,000 jobs directly and indirectly in the country.

Together, Vodafone Business and TCS will help strengthen the UK’s digital economy by supporting enterprise growth, innovation and better customer experience.

Nick Gliddon, Business Director, VodafoneThree, commented: “UK businesses are looking for partners who understand their market, their customers and the pressure to modernise quickly. The challenge for many organisations is not ambition, it is execution: making the right technology choices, integrating them properly and turning investment into measurable impact.

“We are pleased to welcome TCS to our growing ecosystem of strategic partners, helping Vodafone Business deliver the services, expertise and digital experiences customers need to move faster, reduce complexity and grow with confidence.”

Vinay Singvi, Head of UK and Ireland, TCS, said “We see enormous potential to leverage AI and digital transformation, scale of operating model, and deep technology expertise, and wide industry domain experiences to unlock greater value for Vodafone Business, TCS and its customers in UK, to not only improve revenue but enhance customer experience.”

The partnership will support collaboration across priority areas such as cloud transformation and migration, AI and automation, cyber security, network modernisation and digital infrastructure, data and analytics, IoT and connected business applications, managed services, and operational transformation.
