Car dealer company Alan Day Motor Group is set to open a brand new multi-million-pound Kia site this summer.

Located on Garrick Road in West Hendon, the 80,000 sq ft store will have space for an extensive vehicle selection of over 200 new and used motors.

Group operations director at Alan Day, Charles Oakley, said: “This is more than just a new dealership; it is a statement of intent for the future of Alan Day Motor Group and our commitment to both our customers and our people.

“We are incredibly proud to be representing such a fantastic brand and look forward to showcasing the future of Kia from this prominent North West London location.”

The North West London dealership will include 14 service ramps, multiple diagnostic bays and the latest workshop technology.

A further 12 ramps are set to be installed in early 2027.

The site will also have quiet rooms, breakout areas, and dedicated training facilities.

The Garrick Road location will be the first Kia dealership to have the Alan Day Motor Group branding and feature Kia’s award-winning commercial vans.

Managing director Paul Tanner said: “This is really going to be one of the finest high-tech dealerships in the country with customer service at the forefront of everything we do.

“Our dedicated staff will be pulling out all the stops to ensure our customers get a first-class experience.”

The family-run dealership was first launched in 1972, and has remained in the same family ever since.

The historic retailer offers both new and used cars and represents iconic motor brands including BYD.

In 2024, the company acquired Hummingbird Motors in Colindale, adding the Edgware Road Kia dealership to its portfolio.

Other dealership locations include Hampstead and New Southgate, as well as a Parts Department in Park Royal.
