A South Yorkshire packaging specialist is backing the next generation of female footballers through a new sponsorship partnership.
Doncaster-based Cartonplast UK has become a Bronze Partner of Club Doncaster and front-of-shirt sponsor of Doncaster Belles Academy.
The partnership will see the company’s branding feature on academy shirts as it supports the development of young players and grassroots women’s football.

The partnership comes as Cartonplast marks 25 years in the UK, having maintained its Doncaster base since being founded in South Yorkshire.
The business provides reusable transport packaging and pooling services to food and drink manufacturers, with products including layer pads, plastic pallets and top caps collected, washed and returned for reuse.
Its regional investment has also included the opening of a 31,000sq ft warehouse in Rotherham in 2023, creating 20 jobs.
Cartonplast UK forms part of the international Cartonplast Group, which operates across 12 countries with more than 750 employees and manages more than 300 million reusable transport packaging assets.
